Introductory Package
Dip your toes in. Explore functional medicine. We offer a 2-part package to begin.
At Tendwell, you’ll have the time and space to be truly heard. You’ll work closely with a certified functional medicine practitioner to create a personalized plan that fits your life, with access to testing for micronutrients, hormones, inflammatory markers, gut health, toxins and even genetics.

One-Time Payment: $850
* Monthly membership price after discount for first year payment in full at time of enrollment. Standard monthly membership without discount is $175.
By registering to become a member, you are agreeing to the Tendwell Direct Health Care Program Membership Agreement.
Your membership fees cover 100% of the cost of Tendwell clinical visits, health coaching, and many other benefits. Many members get up to 70% of their membership reimbursed as out-of-network care from their insurance companies. You can also use FSA/HSA dollars to pay for clinical fees, tests, and supplements.
